Sabetha Golf Club By-Laws
During the March Board meeting, Board members approved one revision to the Sabetha Golf Club By-Laws. This revision involved changing the range of "Guests" from a 45 mile radius to a 25 mile radius. Non-members outside that radius are now allowed unlimited golfing on our course, as long as they are with a paid member, and they pay green fees for each day they are golfing. New Kitchen Menu
Dar Stoller, our new Clubhouse Manager, has revised the kitchen menu, and it is now posted on this website. The menu may change occasionally due to seasonal items being offered, so check back periodically for any updates. Feel free to call in orders for dine in or take out.
Memorial Brick Patio Project
Are you interested in having your name or a family member's name permanently established in the history of Sabetha Golf Club? The board has voted to pursue a Memorial Brick Patio with a 3 foot tall black iron fence surrounding it. The patio and fence will be installed along the west side of the pool and will be approximately 60 feet long and 12 feet wide. Landscaping to enhance the area will be done after the patio and fence are installed. Once this project is completed, the ultimate goal will be to replace all the existing chain link fence around the pool with a matching 5 foot tall iron fence. The new fence will include access gates to the patio from the south side of the patio, and eventually, the west side of the pool deck area.
Memorial bricks are being sold for $50 each, and the profits from the sale of the bricks will be used to offset the cost of the patio project. A special area will be designated for memorial bricks honoring the 79 charter members of Sabetha Golf Club from 1923. Consider purchasing a memorial brick in honor/memory of family or friends.
